3. Best Researcher Award 2003. The TSI-FAI-IFA Project on Balanced Fertilization Award for the Best Researcher is presented to Dr S.N. Sudhakara Babu and D.M. Hegde for the best conduct of Research and extension work carried out at DOR, Hyderabad center on rice – sunflower and sunflower – groundnut cropping systems during 2000-2003.
